Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Valspar and Holland Colours Join Forces to Offer PET Packaging Solution

    Reaching Customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa

    Holland Colours has been named Valspar's exclusive agent for sales and service of the ValOR(R) barrier resin product line for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as of Feb. 1, 2007. Through this cooperation, Holland Colours is extending its PET packaging product portfolio and service offering to customers.

    ValOR(R) barrier resins help improve shelf life of food and beverage products while providing better flavour and aroma protection. They are also popular with manufacturers who want to package in smaller sizes while maintaining freshness.

    "We are extremely pleased to have concluded this agreement with Valspar," said Bernard van Schaik, President of Holland Colours. "Our partnership with Valspar greatly strengthens our position in the packaging market with an expanded product portfolio, delivers added value to our customers, and provides Valspar with enhanced access to the marketplace over a wide geographical area."

    Don Nolan, senior vice president of Valspar's global Packaging Coatings business, said, "Holland Colours' customers will now have a one-stop shop for all of their PET packaging needs. Valspar's technology combined with Holland Colours' strong customer sales support, technical knowledge and local service provides a winning combination for customers. The Holland Colours team truly understands plastics and the interaction required between color and barrier resins to get the best packaging possible."

    Under the agreement, Holland Colours will sell three ValOR(R) product lines: ValOR(R) Activ100, ValOR(R) ActivBloc100 and ValOR(R) Bloc100. These three grades of ValOR(R) barrier resins provide superior gas barrier performance to control oxygen levels and retain carbonation. They can be used in all PET packaging for food, beverage and medical applications, package designs and storage conditions.

    ValOR(R) products, which were introduced two years ago, are easily processed compared to other resins. They offer substantial improvements in delamination resistance along with excellent clarity. They are appropriate for use in multilayer or monolayer PET bottles. ValOR(R) barrier resins may be used in direct food contact based on FDA and EU regulations, and are recyclable without significant negative effects on the existing recycling stream.

    ValOR(R) Activ100 is designed as an oxygen scavenger for monolayer bottles or blended in multilayer packaging.
    ValOR(R) ActivBloc100 provides oxygen scavenging and an oxygen/carbon dioxide barrier for multilayer bottles; and
    ValOR(R) Bloc100 supplies a passive gas barrier for multilayer bottles.

    het orderboek is een gatenkaas met grote verschillen bied/laat

    gewoon even afwachten tot één en ander een beetje is gesettled en dan beslissing nemen

    zeer incourant fonds, dus naar mijn idee niet 'zomaar' groot instappen, hoe attractief de koers ook lijkt

    op een gegeven moment wil je ook weer van je stukjes af en dan moet het orderboek dat ook toestaan.........
