Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Weer uitgesteld dus. De kans op een doorstart neemt imho alleen maar verder toe.

    Projectontwikkeling in Italië lijkt mij uitgesloten.

    Meestal kiezen deze lui iets wat in de mode is en over z'n top heen.

    Eurocastle ziet nettovermogenswaarde verder oplopen
    Wil investeringsactiviteiten opstarten.

    (ABM FN-Dow Jones) Eurocastle Investment heeft in het eerste kwartaal de nettovermogenswaarde zien oplopen en is van plan de investeringsactiviteiten weer op te starten. Dat maakte het investeringsbedrijf met een notering aan het Damrak vrijdag bekend.

    In het kader van de doorstart van de investeringsactiviteiten, biedt Eurocastle aandeelhouders de mogelijkheid hun aandelen voor 10,26 euro per stuk aan te melden, een premie van 28 procent ten opzichte van de slotkoers van 8,00 euro op 6 juli van dit jaar.

    Het aanbod is bedoeld voor aandeelhouders die niet mee willen gaan in de doorstart van de investeringsactiviteiten en willen uitstappen.

    Op 20 juli houdt het bedrijf een algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering, waar gestemd kan worden over de mogelijkheid voor Eurocastle een openbaar bod op de onderneming te doen, mocht meer dan 30 procent van de uitstaande aandelen worden aangemeld.

    Eurocastle presenteerde vrijdag een nieuwe strategie gericht op specifieke investeringen en vastgoed in Italië en Griekenland.

    Eurocastle wil investeren in partijen die via de reguliere banktrajecten geen financiering kunnen realiseren.

    Het bedrijf heeft verder in het eerste kwartaal van dit jaar de nettovermogenswaarde zien stijgen.

    De aangepaste nettovermogenswaarde bedroeg aan het eind van het eerste kwartaal 19,6 miljoen euro of 10,53 euro per aandeel. Dit was aan het eind van 2021 18,2 miljoen euro, of 9,79 euro per aandeel.

    Eurocastle Announces Results of General Meeting Held on 20 July 2022
    Guernsey, 21 July 2022 – Eurocastle Investment Limited (“Eurocastle” or the “Company”) today announces the
    results of its General Meeting held yesterday, 20 July 2022. The resolution tabled at the meeting in accordance
    with the July 2022 Tender Offer Circular (the “Circular”) and Notice of General Meeting (the “Notice”) circulated
    to shareholders on 8 July 2022 was passed. A copy of the Circular and the Notice are available on Eurocastle’s
    website at www.eurocastleinv.com under the Investor Relations section. As a result, the Tender Offer will proceed
    and is expected to close at 5:00pm London time on 4 August 2022, with settlement to occur by 9 August 2022.

    RELAUNCH UPDATE

    Eurocastle will commence its new investment strategy by initially focusing on opportunistic real estate in Greece with a plan to
    expand across Southern Europe, where the Manager has an extensive footprint and a long-term track record investing in this asset
    class. The Company will invest primarily in real estate auctions leveraging the Manager’s deep knowledge of the sector, which
    offers significant investment opportunities in the current market cycle. The Board believes that this strategy will allow Eurocastle
    to deploy available cash in order to establish a platform and create a meaningful track record, while generating attractive risk adjusted
    returns in the short term.
    At the same time, the Board will continue to monitor the market environment for raising new capital in order to assess pursuing all
    elements of its new investment strategy, which would require additional capital to achieve meaningful scale.
    The Board considers that any potential additional costs resulting from this phased approach are adequately covered by the
    Company’s existing Additional Reserves. The Board will continue to evaluate these reserves and the Company’s available capital,
    taking into account investment opportunities and the performance of the new strategy.
    Shareholders should however be aware that the implementation and performance of the Company’s new investment strategy is
    subject to risks, uncertainty, and assumptions. The Manager is currently in the early stages of pursuing a new investment strategy
    and there can be no certainty that it will have success in doing so. There is likewise no certainty that it will be able to attain sufficient
    scale to achieve the desired returns. In addition, changes in economic conditions generally and the real estate market specifically,
    the availability of appropriate investment opportunities and the ability to raise financing on suitable terms may also affect the success
    of the Relaunch. Accordingly, there is no guarantee that the Company’s new investment strategy will be effectively implemented
    nor will there necessarily be a future opportunity for shareholders to achieve an exit from their investment in the Company at a price
    equal to or higher than the current share price.
