    Gisteren was er een flinke verhoging van het koersdoel voor Genfit. Deze is afkomstig van Oddo die zijn koersdoel verhoogd van € 6,30 naar € 10,20. Zeker weer positief om te zien. Hieronder het hele bericht.

    Oddo BHF plaatst een advies om op Genfit te 'outperformen' en verhoogt zijn koersdoel van 6,3 naar 10,2 euro, in navolging van de Ipsen-overeenkomst. De tussenpersoon is van mening dat de financiële voorwaarden uitstekend zijn voor Genfit, waardoor het bedrijf volledig wordt geherfinancierd. Oddo blijft overtuigd van de ontwikkeling van elafibranor bij primaire biliaire cholangitis, met positieve fase II-resultaten, en houdt nu rekening met de overeenkomst met Ipsen en stelt daarom zijn doel bij.

    Ter herinnering: Ipsen en Genfit hebben een exclusieve licentieovereenkomst gesloten voor elafibranor, een verbinding die in fase III is geëvalueerd bij primaire biliaire cholangitis, als onderdeel van een wereldwijd partnerschap op lange termijn. De overeenkomst verleent Ipsen de wereldwijde rechten voor de ontwikkeling en commercialisering van elafibranor, Genfit's eerste kandidaat-geneesmiddel, PPAR-alfa- en PPAR-delta-receptoragonist, bij primaire biliaire cholangitis. Het onderzoeksgeneesmiddel wordt geëvalueerd in de wereldwijde Fase III-studie, ELATIVE, waarvan de eerste resultaten begin 2023 worden verwacht. Genfit ontvangt 120 miljoen euro vooruitbetaling en komt in aanmerking voor aanvullende betalingen tot 360 miljoen euro. als gespreide, dubbelcijferige royalty's tot 20%.

    Genfit kondigde ook de uitbreiding van zijn franchise in cholestatische ziekten aan door de overname van Genoscience Pharma van de exclusieve rechten om de GNS561 experimentele behandeling van cholangiocarcinoom te ontwikkelen en op de markt te brengen in de Verenigde Staten, Canada en Europa, inclusief het VK en Zwitserland.

    Zacks Investment Research upgraded shares of Genfit (NASDAQ:GNFT) from a hold rating to a buy rating in a research note published on Thursday morning, Zacks.com reports. They currently have $6.25 price objective on the stock.

    Behoorlijk wat geld in kas, hun schulden en bedrijfskosten zijn aan het reduceren en er komt nog een hoop geld binnen voor hun ELATIVE. Daarbij zijn ze zich aan het terugkopen van de OCEANE als ik het goed begrijp, wat ook positief is.
