Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Inderdaad. Daarnaast is het bericht dat je gisteren meldde vandaag als "algemeen nieuws" op de site gezet en niet als "financieel nieuws", het lijkt erop dat het daardoor niet door beurspersdiensten opgepakt wordt (of misschien komt dat nog).

    Het bericht op zich is als PB verzonden. Het wordt niet altijd door 'de media' weergegeven.

    Als het goed is gaat er binnenkort verandering in komen in het informeren naar kleine aandeelhouders als wij heb ik zojuist uit betrouwbare bron vernomen ;-)

    Capelle aan den IJssel, The Netherlands – 16 June 2021 – GeoJunxion (GOJXN.AS) is pleased to announce today that the Supervisory Board has decided to nominate Mr. I. Vleeschouwers as its new CEO, and Mr. F. Altamura as its new CBO (Chief Business Officer).

    Ivo Vleeschouwers currently serving as GeoJunxion’s CFO, has been nominated as permanent CEO. He will be combining the CEO and CFO functions going forward.

    Mr. Vleeschouwers together with the former CEO (Mr. Jaccoud), has been an integral part in spearheading GeoJunxion’s transformation from a traditional digital map supplier, focused on one-off large deals, to a premium location content and location intelligence service provider, with a “data as a service” revenue model.

    In light of the recent successes of this on-going change such as the closing of location intelligence service contracts for a value exceeding Euro 600K (see press release dated 6 May 2021) and increased market interest in the new product portfolio (Eco Alert Zones and Safety Alert Zones), the Supervisory Board is very confident that Mr. Vleeschouwers has the leadership skills and experience to complete the transformation and lead the company into a prosperous future alongside with the CBO.

    In addition to Mr Vleeschouwers’ nomination, Mr. F. Altamura has also been appointed by the Supervisory Board as GeoJunxion’s new Chief Business Officer, responsible for sales, marketing, and business strategy.

    Mr. Altamura is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the mapping, GIS and software development industry, where he held a variety of positions in production, R&D, product, sales and general management within extremely competitive multinational environments. His skills, leadership style, technical and business background and experience perfectly complement those of Mr. Vleeschouwers, establishing a solid base to continue on the growth path and deliver superior stakeholder value for the Company.

    Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands, 9 September 2021: While GeoJunxion’s business continues to show strong resilience and improved performance as well as a very encouraging YoY topline growth during H1 2021, we regret to communicate that, in spite of very extensive efforts, it has not been possible to contract a PIE/OOB-licensed auditor for the audit of our June 2020/21 Consolidated Financial Statements.

    The Company will therefore be forced to publish its Consolidated Financial Statements without an auditor’s opinion. The Supervisory and Management Board regret this outcome and want to stress that the reasons and considerations of the audit firms not to serve the Company are completely outside of their control. In fact, they find the root cause in the strict application of the legislation for PIEs/OOBs, as well as in the apparent scarce resources within PIE/OOB-licensed audit firms.

    The last audit firm Mazars, GOJXN’s auditor up to year 2017, is still in the so-called “cooling off”-period, and as such not legally allowed to serve GeoJunxion as auditor for the June 2021 accounting year. The other (five) PIE/OOB-licensed audit firms have all decided not to offer their services, primarily for (a combination of) reasons: limited staff capacity, commercial and internal risk management considerations.

    Furthermore, the Company wishes to stress that it has been completely transparent in all its press releases and communications throughout this entire process both in terms of periodic actions taken and status of contacts and negotiations with auditor firms.

    Publication of the June 2021 Consolidated Financial Statements is scheduled for 21 October 2021. The Annual General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders will be held on 16 November 2021. The convocation for this Meeting will be issued no later than 4 October 2021.

    Financial Update H1 2021

    With the annual accounts not receiving the additional assurance of being reviewed by an external auditor, the Supervisory and Management board will continue to report results and financial statements in a fully open and transparent way on a quarterly basis. The H1 2021 Interim Consolidated Results is added to this release.

    The focus of the GeoJunxion management team has been on turning the company around: Very good progress has been made in the past months to increase order intake and build a strong pipeline of opportunities. Booked orders have converted into revenue during Q2 2021 and will continue to deliver revenue growth during the remainder of the year. Efficient and effective execution of these projects is a key factor, while keeping costs under control. We have every confidence in the capabilities of our teams to work diligently towards the successful completion of our commitments.

    21 October 2021 Publication Annual Accounts 2021 en wellicht een tipje over onderstaande.

    Idd Pink, aanwijsplicht accountants positief ontvangen.

    De Vereniging MidkapNL, die de belangen van Nederlandse small- en midcapbedrijven behartigt, is enthousiast over de door minister Hoekstra van Financiën voorgestelde aanwijsplicht voor accountants.

    De vereniging stelt dat bij de consultatie over de voorgestelde Wet Toekomst Accountancysector. Beursfondsen zijn wettelijk verplicht hun jaarrekening te laten controleren door een oob-accountant (organisatie van openbaar belang).

    Het aantal oob-accountants is de afgelopen jaren gedaald van negen naar zes. In 2018 en 2019 leverden Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly en accon avm hun licentie in. Als gevolg daarvan zitten inmiddels 12 beursfondsen zonder accountant.

    Vereniging MidkapNL ziet in de aanwijsplicht een ‘ultimum remedium’ om ervoor te zorgen dat die beursfondsen zich aan hun wettelijke plicht kunnen houden. Vereniging MidkapNL vraagt minister Hoekstra wel om ook het structurele probleem van het gebrek aan oob-accountants aan te pakken.

    Duitsland heeft 73 oob-kantoren en Frankrijk zelfs 575. Nederland heeft er maar zes. Volgens de vereniging leidt het gebrek aan oob-accountants tot aanzienlijk hogere kosten, ongunstiger voorwaarden en een gebrek aan keuzevrijheid.
