Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Ripple Labs obtains patent for On-Demand Liquidity in the U.S.


    Ripple Labs Inc. received the patent for On-Demand Liquidity from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Jan. 26.

    The patent relates to foreign exchange and cross-border payments.

    the patent for the XRP-based payment solution states that the technology “is not limited to banking institutions or currencies, but may rather be implemented for any exchange of value (e.g., commodities, other digital currencies and assets, bonds, stocks, securities, etc.).”

    Further, the document notes that ODL can be used not only by banks and financial institutions, but also by corporations and government entities, likely covering use in the context of a digital central bank currency (CBDC):

    Nu is dit patent alleen geldig voor Amerika,
    maar het geeft wel heel duidelijk aan wat de toekomst voor XRP is. Het zal bij (centrale) banken en wisselkantoren, maar ook in toekomstige zelf rijdende taxi's en ander vervoer of overeenkomsten gebruikt worden als container om te betalen met diverse digitale munten.

    @MrSjaak, op 22 februari 2021 begint de pre-trial tussen SEC en Ripple (en CEO's).
    Als ik het goed heb onthouden hebben beide partijen dan tot en met eind augustus ongeveer de tijd om hun gegevens aan te leveren, vervolgens zal de rechter bepalen of er een rechtszaak met jury zal komen of dat de rechter zelf een uitspraak doet. De verwachting is dat dit eind oktober zal zijn.

    Pin me hier niet op vast maar dat werd gezegd in het filmpje wat ik hierboven heb gedeeld van Jeremy Hogan (advocaat).
    Hieronder nogmaals de link naar filmpje, zeker waard om te kijken. Scheelt hoop leeswerk van de gezamenlijke statement van Ripple / SEC naar de rechter.
