Kunt u een instrument niet vinden?

Zoek dan via de zogenaamde ISIN code. Elk instrument, aandeel etc. heeft een unieke code.

Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Inschrijvingsrechten of Warrants!
    Dit is een magistrale zet in mijn ogen.

    1/ Qua timing. Het personeel kan (zoals de koers nu staat) onmiddelijk een virtuele winst boeken van 25 euro per inschrijvingsrecht.

    2/ Qua binding aan het bedrijf.

    Er is niets bekend over de verdeling over het personeel (hoe?). Dit zal gebeuren (denk ik) volgens een formule, die iedereen wel wat gunt, maar de belangrijkste profielen en competenties zullen er uiteraard meer of veel meer krijgen.

    Als personeelslid zal je dan de keuze krijgen om een akkoord te tekenen en in die overeenkomst zullen de juiste modaliteiten bepaald worden.
    Ik denk aan bv 50% uitoefenbaar na 4 jaar en 50% na 8 jaar.
    Wat er zeker zal instaan is dat je die rechten enkel kunt uitoefenen als je nog tewerk gesteld bent bij GLPG op het moment van uitoefening.
    En daar zit hem juist het belangrijkste doel.
    Stel, iemand met 10000 rechten wordt door een headhunter gecontacteerd. Dan wordt de beslissing al iets moeilijker om het bedrijf vaarwel te zeggen en over te lopen naar de concurrentie.
    Een vb: de koers zou bv op 318.42 staan binnen 1.5 jaar.
    Een personeelslid dat vertrekt laat dan wel 150 euro x 5000 stuks liggen door te vertrekken!En als hij tot in 2028 zou blijven laat hij zelfs 150 x 10000 liggen! (= 1,5 miljoen euro (belastingsvrij))

    Barclays and Citi expect a 40% to 50% slide in profits and dividends by the end of the year.
    Yet, market moves suggest some risks have been put to one side. The STOXX 600 has bounced 22% from lows in mid-March, when the virus was spreading fast in Europe and lockdowns were being put in place, although the index is still down 26% this year.
    "I suspect that after the bounce we had in the market in the past couple of weeks we could see a reality check with earnings forcing the market to focus more on fundamentals," Cau said.
    As companies report dire first quarter figures, investors will scrutinise balance sheets and comments by executives on their plans for restructuring or for any temporary or permanent layoffs to see how well firms can cope with what some analysts say could be the deepest recession since World War II.

    GALAPAGOS in daily swing +8 nipt boven de de SMA op 191, dus magere breakout. Extra aanloopje tot 190+ zou niet misstaan. Weekly chart toont UP status......
