    Nee, wederom geen nieuws over Radio Hill. Begint wel erg lang te duren en ze hebben dringend cash nodig. Radio Hill zit op 80% completion rate. Alle approvals zijn wel aanwezig, maar kennelijk nog niet voldoende reserves om de plant economisch rendabel te laten draaien.

    Vraag me af of het gaat lukken en tegen welke prijs? Iemand hier ideeën over?

    Volgens DEGIRO zijn er teveel risico's, niet per individuele positie maar in het geheel. Het gaat dan over miljoenen stukken waardoor de totale positie in dit risicovolle aandeel 'te groot' wordt. Als er dan zaken gebeuren, zoals late informatie verstrekking, dan krijgen 'we' problemen. Veel vager dan dit wordt het volgens mij niet... Maar dit is de reactie die je krijgt. Blokkeren is overigens ook voor US OTC en Australie. (@waarom geen DGD meer in Frankfurt)

    HIGHLIGHTS
    • Appointment of Mr Alastair Clayton to the board as an executive director,
    UK based, to assist with the Company’s projects, finance, marketing and
    strategy.
    • Artemis has received firm commitments to raise A$2m from new and
    existing local and international institutions and sophisticated investors
    • Funds will be used for defining drill targets at Patersons Central gold
    project adjacent to Newcrest/ Greatland Gold (GGP:AIM) Havieron
    discovery in WA
    • Funds will also be used for increasing the gold and copper resources at
    Carlow Castle (current Inferred JORC 2012 resource 418,000 oz Gold
    48Kt tonnes Copper, 7Kt Cobalt as released to ASX 20 November 2019)
    • Divestment of the Company’s non-core precious metals and base metals
    projects underway
    Artemis’s Non-Executive Chairman Sheik Maktoum commented;

    considerable technical and corporate experience gained from two decades involved
    with ASX and LSE listed companies. Importantly, with his role at Primorus Investments
    AIM:PRIM, Alastair has been a vocal supporter of the Patersons Range area and
    understands the significant potential the Company holds as our project surrounds
    Haverion. Based in the UK, Alastair will also assist the Company with its plans to seek
    a dual listing in London, where investors have a better appreciation of the Company's
    portfolio of assets and the value that can be unlocked."

    VANCOUVER, British Columbia, 12 maart 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Novo Resources Corp. ("Novo" of de "Company") (TSX-V: NVO; OTCQX: NSRPF) is verheugd aan te kondigen dat het van plan is zijn bezit van minerale eigendommen in de regio Karratha in West-Australië door een 100% -belang te verwerven in exploratievergunningen E47 / 1745 ("Purdy's Reward") en E47 / 3443 ("47K") van Artemis Resources Limited ("Artemis") (ASX: ARV ) en bepaalde joint venture-partners van Artemis en ontbinding van de resterende joint ventures van Novo-Artemis (de "Transactie"). De transactie is onderhevig aan goedkeuring van de TSX Venture Exchange en andere gebruikelijke goedkeuringen van regelgevende instanties voor transacties van deze aard.

    Als tegenprestatie voor de Transactie zal Novo in totaal twee (2) miljoen gewone aandelen (de 'Overwegingsaandelen') uitgeven en A $ 1 miljoen in contanten betalen ('Contante vergoeding') voor de Purdy's Reward en 47K-ambtstermijn. De Vergoedingsaandelen en de Vergoeding in contanten worden verdeeld aan Artemis voor het Purdy’s Reward-project en aan Artemis en Artemis 'joint venture-partners voor het Purdy’s Reward- en 47K-project, op basis van hun pro-rata eigendom van het 47K-project. Novo zal ook een royalty van 1% netto smelteresultaten over het 47K-project toekennen aan een van Artemis '47K joint venture-partners. De Overwegingsaandelen zijn onderworpen aan een wettelijke houdperiode die vier maanden verstrijkt vanaf de datum van uitgifte.
