Kies vervolgens - wanneer er meerdere resultaten zijn - de notering op de beurs van uw keuze.

Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Waarom is Acacia een gokaandeel? Dan is de gehele biotech een casino.
    Het is niet de eerste keer dat er vertraging is met de lancering van een nieuw product. Het verschil met andere biotech is dat we zeer goed weten wat eraan de hand is. Dat maakt het voor mij een mindere gok. Er is momenteel meer zekerheid op slagen dan falen.

    lijkt me ook positief...
    De visie van een oprichter kan soms botsen met de harde realiteit in bio-land.
    Het is duidelijk dat er te laks gereageerd werd op de eerste CRL. Ik vermoed dat er bepaalde partijen hierop gereageerd hebben en dat dit het resultaat is.
    Kan voor grote investeerders een geruststelling zijn, gezien het vertrouwen in Julian wat gezakt was.

    We zitten trouwens terug in een stijgende trend op korte termijn. Dit samen met de resubmission op korte termijn kan ons terug iets hoger plaatsen.

    Hij blijft met advies binnen het bedrijf. Commercieel directeur is toch echt een andere sport en als je daar niet voor in de wieg bent gelegd is het enigste juiste wat je kunt doen een stap opzij zetten in het belang van je bedrijf.

    Serieus? Op 10k inschatten of het nieuws positief of negatief ontvangen wordt op de beurs? Als het nieuws echt van belang is, zowel positief als negatief, dan hadden we het wel gemerkt hoor! De markt trekt zich er helemaal niets van aan dat blijkt wel uit het volume!

    En zoals je zelf zegt.. we weten helemaal niet wat er echt aan de hand is...

    Laten we dan gewoon lekker afwachten tot er meer duidelijkheid is ;)

    Koers blijft prima liggen voorlopig dus wachten op ECHT nieuws!

    Er is nog niets binnen.
    Maar ik vind het zeer makkelijk om telkens het meest negatieve scenario te vermelden. Loop je zeker geen risico. In biotech moet je helaas wat risico durven nemen anders ga je er weinig aan verdienen. Ik baseer mij op de informatie die beschikbaar is en daar kan ik uit afleiden dat er een grote kans op slagen is. Ieder bericht draai je om in iets negatief...
    Ik lees nergens dat Barhemsys afgeschreven is of dat er een emissie komt.
    De dag dat je negatief geroep op iets is gebaseerd, zal ik het met plezier lezen.

    Goe gezegd man! ?? ik deel je mening!
    Afwachten! Nieuws van 8 april was duidelijk
    En voor de rest zullen we pas binnen een paar weken terug meer duidelijkheid krijgen.
    De koers kan nog alle kanten op, al hoop ik na wat gehobbel uiteindelijk terug een opwaartse beweging te zien. Voorlopig heb ik nog alle vertrouwen dat het goedkomt tegen begin 2020

    na 2x geen goedkeuring begin je mss wat negatief te zijn? logisch toch ;))

    enfin, de kans op goedkeuring is er wel, maar of het de 3de keer lukt , durf ik niet voor te wedden

    en een emissie komt er wel, maar dat hoeft daarom niet negatief te zijn

    om identiek dezelfde reden als de 2de keer; vraag is natuurlijk of het probleem nu opgelost zou raken met een andere leverancier; waarom hebben ze niet direct gekozen voor de nieuwe??

    Meer personeel zijn deze toegekend
    The vesting of these awards is conditional upon receiving the BARHEMSYS® NDA on or before 30 June 2020. They can be exercised after the earlier of the Company obtaining sufficient finance to recruit a salesforce of at least 30 representatives or 1 year after NDA approval.

    Note 2.
    These awards vest one third after one year with the remainder 1/24th per month over the following two years from grant provided the recipient remains employed by the Group but cannot be exercised until the third anniversary of grant.

    Note 3.
    The vesting of these awards is conditional upon meeting certain performance criteria over the 3 years ending 31 December 2021. 1/3rd vest subject to TSR performance from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021 (threshold 7.5%pa, maximum award if 25% pa achieved), 1/3rd vest depending on achieving certain cumulative revenues to 31/12/2021 (no award <$50m, maximum award at $80m or greater) and 1/3rd vest based upon achieving certain cumulative funding by 31/12/2021 (no award <$80m, maximum award at $120m or greater)

    Note 4.
    The vesting of these awards is conditional upon receiving the BARHEMSYS® NDA on or before 31 March 2020. They can be exercised after the earlier of the Company obtaining sufficient finance to recruit a salesforce of at least 30 representatives or 1 year after NDA approval. NB Dr Gilbert’s existing award under the Performance Share Plan over 96,875 shares will lapse at the end of July.

    All options are exercisable at £0.02 per share
