Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Ik heb je 2 links laten zien die wijzen naar 2 berichten waarop de koers flink gestegen is. Dus niet zeggen dat de koersomslag niet te verklaren is of dat mijn berichten ongefundeerd zijn. Het bericht uit Canada lijkt me toch prachtig nieuws?! We zullen wel gaan zien hoe hoog de koers nu mag gaan maar m.i. hebben we de top nog lang niet gezien.

    O ja, over "geluk" gesproken...
    Vandaag ook nog naast MDXhealth een flinke winst gepakt op zowel Nyrstar als Aventium. Ook deze aandelen hebben een flinke afstraffing gehad en komen nu (hard) uit het dal. Wat heb jij zowel verdiend de laatste dagen? Aan het aandeel MDXhealth zwart maken verdien je in ieder geval helemaal niks.

    Mr. McGarrity has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a unique combination of device, diagnostics and biotechnology experience. Michael was most recently the CEO of Sterilis Medical. Prior to Sterilis Michael was the CEO of Nanosphere (NASDAQ: NSPH), a nanotechnology-based molecular diagnostics company, where he engineered an operational and strategic turnaround that resulted in its successful sale to Luminex (NASDAQ: LMNX) in 2016. Prior to Nanosphere, McGarrity spent 13 years at Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK). McGarrity served in leadership roles in sales and marketing and led Stryker into new growth markets such as post-operative pain management, surgical fluid waste management and interventional pain management. He also had executive general management responsibility for a newly created business unit focused on interventional spine pain management. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and began his career in commercial banking.

    Corporate Governance

    In addition, the Board of Directors will be initiating a search for new independent Directors with relevant U.S. industry experience.

    CFO met ziekteverlof.
    (ABM FN) MDxHealth zal per direct worden geleid door CEO Michael McGarrity. Dit maakte het diagnosticabedrijf dinsdag voorbeurs bekend.
    "Ik ben vereerd en enthousiast dat ik MDxHealth naar de volgende groeifase mag leiden", zei McGarrity in een toelichting.
    CEO Jan Groen treedt af, maar blijft wel aan als adviseur, meldde MDxHealth.
    MDx meldde verder dat CFO Jean-Marc Roelandt met ziekteverlof is. Tijdens zijn afwezigheid worden zijn taken waargenomen door Kurt Schmidt.
    Ook meldde MDx de zoektocht te zijn gestart naar nieuwe onafhankelijke bestuurders met relevante ervaring in Amerika.

    KBC Securities wijst op verloop vierde kwartaal.
    (ABM FN) Na het rampzalig verlopen vierde kwartaal van 2018 is het niet verrassend dat MDxHealth wijzigingen aanbrengt in het management. Dit zei analist Lenny Van Steenhuyse van KBC Securities dinsdag.
    MDxHealth zal per direct worden geleid door CEO Michael McGarrity, in plaats van door Jan Groen. MDx meldde verder dat CFO Jean-Marc Roelandt met ziekteverlof is. Tijdens zijn afwezigheid worden zijn taken waargenomen door Kurt Schmidt.
    Volgens Van Steenhuyse heeft McGarrity een goede staat van dienst op het gebied van medtech.
    KBC Securities handhaaft het Houden advies op MDxHealth met een koersdoel van 1,30 euro.
    Het aandeel MDxHealth steeg dinsdag 9,5 procent naar 1,61 euro.

    In mijn optiek komt de koersstijging van de afgelopen dagen met daaropvolgend dit bericht niét uit de lucht vallen. Volgens mij heeft een bestaande of nieuwe - nog geen melding - groot-aandeelhouder de boel flink opgeschud.

    Nieuwe (stro?)mannen aan de top; de betreffende aandeelhouder stelt zich garant voor vers kapitaal.
    Maar onder zijn voorwaarden. Dat kapitaal is nodig; een emissie is waarschijnlijk ophanden. De nieuwe of oude G.A. ziet er (dan) kennelijk nog brood in en gaat een groot stuk van de deken naar zich toe trekken.

    Ik ben dus zeer benieuwd, tegen welke voorwaarden die emissie gaat plaatsvinden. Of je daar dan als
    kleintje tussen wilt blijven hangen moet een ieder voor zichzelf maar bepalen.

The sales will surely increase in the future. A careful study of the last business update (https://mdxhealth.com/press-release/mdxhealth-r-mdxhealth-provides-business-update) actually shows that the sales volume is not extremely bad. It does not justify the ridiculously low price of Mdxhealth that we see right now. The problem is that we have these analysts such as KBC, Degroof Petercam, Berenberg, and others, who are acting in their own interests and in the interest of their clients and they often use their positions to issue bogus price targets for companies. That is how they brought down Mdxhealth to this ridiculously low price that we have now. Investors should learn not to blindly follow the ratings of these so-called analysts. With their speculative opinions, they have run down Mdxhealth’s stock price to as low as €1,20 per share. This created panic among investors that later drove the price further down to as low as €0,89 cents last week. Without these analysts, Mdxhealth could have been trading above €3,00 per share today.
    Coming back to the speculation about claim emission, the point I would to make here is that claim emission is not always bad. It can be very, very good! Mdxhealth has products that are useful and are needed. The sales will surely increase in the future. With a good management team, Mdxhealth will do just fine! Again, Mdxhealth has NOT said anything about claim emission. But if there should be claim emission, I am ready for it. It will be an opportunity to make money! So, don’t be too worried about claim emission!
