    ProQR biedt inschrijvingsupdate op QR-110 klinische proeven en hoogtepunten presentaties van de oftalmologie op ARVO

    De inschrijvingen liggen op schema in de lopende klinische proeffase Fase 1/2 van QR-110 met acht van de twaalf patiënten met LCA 10 die zijn ingeschreven.
    De proef is op schema om in de tweede helft van het jaar voorlopige halfjaarlijkse gegevens over veiligheid, effecten op het zicht en de retinale structuur aan te kondigen.
    ProQR presenteert twee samenvattingen over programma's voor Fuchs endotheliale hoornvliesdystrofie en de ziekte van Stargardt tijdens de jaarlijkse ARVO-bijeenkomst. Het bedrijf zal ook een presentatie geven tijdens de Fundament Fighting Blindness / Casey Innovation-top voorafgaand aan ARVO.
    LEIDEN, Nederland, 23 april 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - ProQR Therapeutics NV(Nasdaq: PRQR), een bedrijf dat zich toelegt op het veranderen van levens door de creatie van transformatieve RNA-geneesmiddelen voor de behandeling van ernstige genetische zeldzame ziekten, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat acht van de twaalf patiënten zijn ingeschreven in PQ-110-001, een fase 1 / 2 open-label onderzoek naar de veiligheid, verdraagbaarheid, farmacokinetiek en werkzaamheid van QR-110 voor de behandeling van Leber's congenitale amaurosis 10 (LCA 10). De studie is opgezet om ongeveer zes volwassenen en zes kinderen met LCA 10 te registreren vanwege de p.Cys998X-mutatie in het CEP290- gen. Tussentijdse veiligheids- en werkzaamheidsresultaten worden naar verwachting in de tweede helft van 2018 aangekondigd wanneer zes of meer patiënten ten minste zes maanden behandeling hebben gehad, met volledige behandelingsgegevens voor twaalf maanden van alle patiënten die in 2019 worden verwacht.

QR-313 is designed to exclude exon 73 from the mRNA (exon skipping) and produce a functional C7 protein, thereby restoring functionality of the anchoring fibrils. QR-313 has been granted Orphan Drug Designation in the United States and the European Union.

    Same here.

    Ik geloof ook in Proqr. Zit erin sinds 2016 en steeds bijgekocht op de dalingen.
    Het lijkt alsof Proqr vwb koersontwikkeling in een opgaande trend is gekomen.

    Nu op naar een CF partner en goede uitkomsten uit de verschillende programmas.
    Met nu slechts een waarde van 125m usd potentieel mega rendementen.

    Ik zit ook in ProQr. Hopelijk gaat dit ook nog een keer zoals Galapagos. Wil er nog wel iets bijkopen. Zijn nu nog betaalbaar.
    Voor mij de dood of de gladiolen met dit aandeel.

    Ook proqr, daarnaast crispr en editas, ionis, axsome. Ook nog turbo’s Argenx en calls Gilead, incyte en Vertex, deze meer als hedge. Kiadis heb ik er onlangs helemaal uitgegooid, ik vertrouwde de koersspelletjes en emissies niet meer.
    Verder veel verdiend aan amg en Nvidia, en Ablynx.
    Ook veel verdiend aan bitcoin, eind 2013 voor 500 euro gekocht en eind vorig jaar voor ca. 10.000 verkocht.
    Grootste positie Galapagos, grootste bleeder TomTom.
