Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Omdat Ruconest nu wel gaat lopen dacht ik, maar eens concentreren op rhfactorviii.

    In eerste instantie een samenwerking met Renovalife:

    Wordt nu (door) ontwikkeld ism csipi ( china).

    Om te beginnen wat oude info, echter niet onbelangrijk. Om even tw kijken waar het ook alweer om ging.

    Pharming wilde het wiel opnieuw uitvinden, maar is daar mee gestopt.
    Zijn niet verder gekomen dan pre-clinisch.

    Since the early 1990s, recombinant human clotting factor VIII (rhFVIII) produced in hamster cells has been available for haemophilia A treatment. However, the post-translational modifications of these proteins are not identical to those of native human FVIII, which may lead to immunogenic reactions and the development of inhibitors against rhFVIII.

    Echter:

    Recombinant proteins are produced in cultured human cells. Human recombinant proteins produced in human cell lines show identical properties to the same protein derived directly from human tissues and blood. They are therefore expected to show improved tolerance in patients compared to currently available hamster cell-derived recombinant products.

    Dit ligt dus nu bij het EMEA voor aanvraag marketing in Europa.

    Enig idee waar jij mee bezig bent RRR ?

    hier ook maar dan:
    The trial in prophylaxis has not started yet, we will of course announce the start of it in due time; later this year.
    For the moment our focus is on prophylaxis and acute pancreatitis as next indications.
    We also are working on developing additional new products on our platform; rhFactor VIII is the first product that we together develop with our chinese partner SIPI.
    If any regulatory progress is being made in for instance Turkey, we will also report.
    The most important immediate efforts are to support our US partner Salix to get Ruconest in the hands of the US HAE patients.

    Biotech company Pharming Group NV announces the analyst report completed by Joseph Pantginis, Ph.D. from Roth Capital Partners is published.

    Pharming reported 1H14 results, posting 2Q14 EPS of (€0.02) and revenue of €1.2 million. Ruconest is now approved both ex-U.S. and, as of July 2014, in the U.S. for acute HAE. We are looking towards a strong U.S. launch with partner Salix (SLXP-Buy). First U.S. sale will also bring a $20 million milestone payment to Pharming, which represents significant non-dilutive funding. We reiterate our Buy rating.

Upon the first commercial sale of Ruconest in the U.S., Salix (SLXP-Buy-$132.91) (Pharming’s U.S. partner) will pay Pharming a $20 million milestone payment represent significant non-dilutive funding to the company. We reiterate our Buy rating.

    Dit betekend dat Ruconest NIET gebruikt mag worden in de meest gevaarlijke situatie waarin een HAE patiënt kan komen te verkeren.

    Het is daarom zeer begrijpelijk dat ( Ziekenhuizen ) artsen en patiënten Ruconest links laten liggen. Als men in een noodsituatie een greep in de medicijnkast moet doen, heeft men geen tijd om eerst de bijsluiter door te nemen. Men zorgt er voor dat in de medicijnkast een middel staat die voor ALLE acute situaties geschikt is.

    Wie durft nu nog te beweren dat Ruconest HET medicijn voor HAE patienten is ?

    En dat is dan weer een gevolg van het feit dat ( Ziekenhuizen ) artsen en patiënten kiezen voor een Profylaxis middel. ( ter voorkoming van attacks ) .
    En mocht er dan toch een attack komen, dan heeft men in de medicijnkast een middel klaar staan die voor ALLE acute situaties geschikt is.
