Tuurlijk niet, een bedrijf dat de overname doet gaat meestal juist omlaag, aangezien het geld kost en pas op de LT geld gaat opbrengen (is de bedoeling..)

Wessanen announces acquisition of Clipper Teas, UK market leader in
Organic and Fairtrade Teas
Wessanen is announcing today its acquisition of UK-based tea and coffee company Clipper Teas
Limited.
Clipper is based in Dorset, UK and has reported revenue of GBP 16 million in 2011, employing
around 90 employees. The Clipper brand is market leader in UK organic and fair trade tea.
Clipper is a 100%-branded business which successfully stretches across the tea, coffee and hot
chocolate range. It has its own factory in Beaminster (UK). Its products are sold across different
channels such as grocery chains, health food stores, foodservice and, increasingly, export. It has
a full range of teas including everyday, green, white, specialties and infusions. All products are
free from any artificial ingredients and it includes an entire range of fair trade organic teas. Its
instant and ground coffees are made with organic and fair trade Arabica beans and its hot and
drinking chocolate are also all organic and fair trade.
From its foundation in 1984, Clipper has been focused on outstanding quality provenance and
ethics - with a strap-line of being ‘natural, fair and delicious’. Always innovative, it launched the
very first fair trade tea back in 1994 and uses only natural unbleached teabags. The business
was acquired from funds managed by FF&P Private Equity Limited.
Piet Hein Merckens (CEO) comments: “Clipper is a very welcome addition to the Wessanen brand
portfolio, and its products are predominately in tea, one of our core categories. Its position as the
UK’s favourite organic and fair trade tea brand, as well as its clear potential in other markets

Clipper will be integrated into the UK businesses of Wessanen, which currently includes Kallo

* wat is er voor betaald
* is het winstgevend
* draagt het direct bij aan de groei van de winst per aandeel

Ik snap echt niet waar ze mee bezig zijn, eerst flink wat onderdelen afstoten en nu weer overname(s) ?? Stoned van de zonnature thee geworden??
Laat ze eerst is normaal winstgevend worden met een goed bestuur die wel weet waar ze mee bezig zijn.

Wessanen neemt Britse Clipper Teas over

AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--Koninklijke Wessanen nv (WES.AE) heeft de Britse theefabrikant Clipper Teas Limited overgenomen, maakt het voedingsmiddelenconcern donderdag bekend.

Financiele details zijn niet bekendgemaakt.

Clipper is volgens Wessanen, met een omzet van EUR16 miljoen in 2011, marktleider in Groot-Brittanie voor organische en fair trade thee.

De Clipper-thee wordt in de eigen fabriek in Beaminster geproduceerd en onder meer in supermarkten en winkels voor gezonde voeding verkocht en in toenemende mate geexporteerd.

Er werken 90 medewerkers, die ook organische en fair trade koffie en chocoladedrank produceren.

De Wessanen zwendel club wist vorige week nog niet dat die theewinkel zou worden overgenomen.
Tuig van de richel is het en niets anders!!!

Afschrijven om de winst te drukken etc etc.
Hoe kun je aanrommelen met jaarcijfers??
Wilt U meer weten bel met onze Hooybaal werkzaam bij Wessanen en goed bevriend met Koff ie verkeerd.


Zet hem op VEB. Fantastische club zijn jullie.
Echt waardevol voor de kleine aandeelhouder!!!
