Value8 heeft KW1-cijfers en hier zijn de highlights uit het persbericht:
Value8 heeft in 2015 het groeipad voortgezet. De bruto omzet steeg van 97,3 miljoen euro in 2014 tot 252,9 miljoen euro in 2015. De groei was vooral te danken aan de consolidatie van geacquireerde ondernemingen.
In de omzet is inbegrepen een bedrag van 133,4 miljoen euro, zijnde de bruto-facturatiewaarde bij Source Group NV vanaf 1 mei 2015. Zonder de consolidatie van Source Group bedraagt de omzet 2015 119,6 miljoen euro, 23 procent meer dan in 2014. Overigens was – bij bedrijven als Eetgemak en Source – ook sprake van autonome omzetgroei.
In het kader van de invulling van het strategisch plan ‘Focus 2018’, dat eind 2012 werd gepresenteerd, heeft Value8 in 2015 diverse transacties gerealiseerd waarmee de groeiclusters zijn versterkt. Daarmee worden marktposities verstevigd, ontstaan synergievoordelen en wordt voor aandeelhouders van Value8 waarde gecreëerd.
